About CreShaunda Lynn
A dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing warm, compassionate, and telehealth-based counseling to help you navigate life's challenges with clarity and confidence.

A calm voice amidst life's chaos
For as long as I can remember, people have turned to me with their personal stories and challenges. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural extension of who I am. I believe everyone encounters seasons of distress where an objective, empathetic guide is needed to facilitate real growth. My purpose is to provide a grounded, compassionate space where you feel genuinely heard and empowered to create meaningful change in your daily life.

An open, judgment-free approach to healing
Therapy succeeds when there is mutual trust, radical honesty, and total commitment to the process. In my virtual sessions, you are invited to show up as your authentic self without fear of criticism. Together, we identify your personal goals—whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-esteem, or substance use—and design an intentional roadmap toward lasting emotional well-being.

Credentials, training, and specialized care
I am an African American Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serving single adults, couples, and families across Tennessee via telehealth. In addition to my clinical licensure, LGBTQAI+ aligned, I am trained as a Tier 1 Gottman Method couples' counselor and am actively pursuing certification as a sex therapist. My goal is to offer culturally attuned, evidence-based care tailored to your unique journey.
"If you are looking for a therapist, you are already past the hardest part. Taking the step to seek support shows courage, and together we can make life feel far less stressful."
