Transparent Investment in Your Wellness
Investing in therapy is an investment in your mental well-being, healing, and personal growth. CreShaunda Lynn Counseling is a telehealth practice that accepts private pay and insurance, offering compassionate, fully confidential care with greater flexibility and fewer insurance-related limitations.

Counseling Session Fees & Payment Options
All standard sessions are 60 minutes and held securely online via telehealth. Private-pay rates are $150 per session for individual therapy, $220 for couples therapy, and $250 for family therapy. I accept all major credit cards and offer a limited number of sliding-scale appointments based on financial need. To protect your autonomy and privacy, I do not provide superbills or report diagnoses to insurance companies for self-pay clients.
I am in-network with BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Carelon Behavioral Health, Ascension (SmartHealth), Independence Blue Cross of Pennsylvania, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Cigna, and Aetna. Please note that using insurance requires a diagnosis, which will be shared with your insurance company.
A $100 fee applies to appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, including psychotherapy services. You can request a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your scheduled medical service or item.
